According to our shop’s research, 72% of buyers, people who are shopping and making a purchase decision, look for a value proposition from the vendors they’re considering. Amazingly, only one in ten vendors provides it on their site. This, despite the fact that almost three out four shoppers want one!
The evidence is in and it’s indisputable: Buying is as much a social act as it is an economic one. People look to each other for guidance on things they value: time savings, increased status, risk reduction, etc. When considering a product, the opinions of other customers matter most.
