The classic New Yorker cartoon, showing the dog at his computer saying to another dog that on the computer no one can tell you’re a dog, is now as dated as floppy disks.  In one of the more sordid tales of Internet scamming, Heidi Diaz, AKA "Kimmer," is having what appears to be her substantial derriere hauled into Southern California court today. She faces multiple charges in a class-action lawsuit filed by former clients of her "Kimkins" weight loss program.

In a Web 2.0 world, frauds get called out, along with dogs.
