In the interest of disclosure, I will disclose right up here that my shop sells a new product we call DialogueTDN.  The reason it's so relevant and valuable: check out what's happening to Comcast.  OK, here's the deal: companies like Comcast can get on the right side of customer insurgencies and even put those uprisings to work! The point is,  your customers talk about you all the time.  You have the choice of participating in the conversation, learning something and implementing new ideas upon what you learn that just might be good for business, or you can circle the wagons while holding your lawyers' hands, further antagonize customers, and suffer whatever consequences come your way.  Your lawyers, of course, will love it.
