
10. Designer loves Flash for Flash sake.
9. Site looks an awful lot like the brochureware you throw away.
8. Designers did precisely what they were told by people who think wireframes are something you wear.
7. Company never met a product feature it didn't love.
6. Company thinks "benefits" are the domain of H.R.
5. No proof points to substantiate marketing claims.
4. No testimonials as a context for proof points.
3. If there are testimonials to be found and they're not watered down, they look, sound and smell funny because they're basically bogus.
2. There's no way to engage the company.
1. There's no way to engage fellow customers and prospects.








I love flsh because it lets me put content exactly where i want it. But number 8 is probably truthful, sad but true.
